Salad Shirazi Recipe

(Serves 4-6)
Ingredients:

4 medium tomatoes
3 small Persian cucumbers
1 medium red onions
3-4 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2-3 tablespoons virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon dry mint leaves
Salt and Pepper to taste

 Preparation:
Peel the cucumbers and the onion.  Wash the tomatoes.  Chop the cucumbers, tomatoes, and onion very finely, and mix. Sprinkle with the dry mint.   Add fresh lime juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.   Mix well and serve.
